Why On-Highway Repair Beats Towing
No Tow Costs — Towing a loaded semi to a shop adds hundreds of dollars before a single repair begins. Our truck comes to you — the cost of transport is zero.
No Shop Wait — Shops queue jobs by arrival. When we're dispatched to your location, you're the only job we're running. Diagnosis and repair begin the moment we arrive.
Back on the Road Faster — Most roadside repairs are completed in a single visit. Drivers reach their destination the same day — protecting delivery windows and avoiding shipper penalties.
Common Questions
Answers Before You Call
How fast can you respond?
Response time depends on current location and call volume, but the goal is to reach you within 60-90 minutes of dispatch for calls within the service area. Drivers should call immediately after pulling safely off the road — the sooner we're dispatched, the sooner we arrive.
What types of repairs can you handle roadside?
Most mechanical, electrical, tire, brake, and air system issues that would ground a truck can be handled on-site. If the repair requires a lift or specialized shop equipment that cannot be brought on the service truck, we will advise the driver honestly rather than attempt an unsafe roadside repair.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, fleet checks and Zelle.
What should I do while I wait on the side of the road?
Pull as far off the road as possible, set out triangles or flares behind the vehicle if safe to do so, stay in the cab or behind the barrier rail — never stand between the truck and oncoming traffic. Turn on four-way flashers and keep the phone line open with the dispatcher until the technician arrives.
Do you service trailers as well as tractors?
Yes — trailer lighting, brake issues, air line repairs, and tire service are all within scope. Mention the trailer situation when calling so the technician brings the right parts.
